Karrm Infrastructure — Not getting housing loan and CIBIL score low due to builder not paid to bank, though we have paid our amount.

Flat booked on karram panchtatva phase 1 sector 1on 14th May 2016. After 6 yrs also there is no sight of possession. quite bad service and no clarity. No customer care, no phone number working, offices closed. visited all three office places but not a single is operational. we have been made to take loan from Aspire home finance and builder supposed to pay the amount we are paying through EMI. But due to non-payment, our CIBIL has gone down and we are debarred from getting any further housing loan.
can u help to close/cancel this deal and return my amount already paid and close the home loan account going on with aspire home finance.
i want to cancel my booking and refund my amount paid for almost 3 yrs.
