I have purchased one ROOM KITCHEN FLAT IN Shahpur at 9/8/2015 . Flat price 630000. I have paid direct to Karrm Infrastucture Pvt Ltd builder account 7840. I have 31 emi paid but not given possession so i have cancelled my flat in 06/03/2018. After cancelation refund amount 185236 . Only 60000 refund last 4 and half years, remaining 125236 amount still refund pending. My cibil score also very low. Two loan taken my name MOTILAL OSWAL and GIC Home Finance. Motilal write off in cibil.

Please help for resolution. NBK017307

My cibil score very low 662. Motilal oswal finance past due 314643 and account current balance 475000/- status is written- off account and GIC HOME FINANCE over due 95076, current balance is 448252/- active account.last payment date 10.05.2019. Please help for both account close and cibil account delete.
