Karrm Infrastructure — refund payment cheque bounce

Booked flat in may 2017 with booking no. KBN-003753 paid 2 emis cheque.

After 11 month no any progress at site kelve road

cancelled booking on 26th April 2018.

Karrm team promissed me that refund will be done within 6 month instruct me to call in the month of Sept. 2018.

When i called in the month of Sept. 2018 they said refund process is stopped please call in the month of Dec. 2018.

From Dec. 2018 every time they instruct me to call on next month. finally the give me 4 post dated (Aug., Sept. Oct and Nov. 2019) cheque at April 2019.

I deposit Aug. 2019 cheque on 16th Aug. 2019, and this cheque was bounce at 17th Aug. 2019. I am check with my bank, they give me reason of cheque boune for stop payment by Karrm team. Now i am call to Executive of karrm team, but they not picking my call.
