[Resolved]  Karur Vysya Bank — amount deducted but cash not received from atm

Used a indusland atm on 6th april 2019 14:18:34 at tiruppur to withdraw rupees 10, 000. I got message from kvb about deduction of amount in my account but i could not get money from atm.
I have attached a screenshot of message that i have got from a kvb.
I request you to revert the amount to my account.
