[Resolved] Karur Vysya Bank — I have not taken any loan from them

I have not taken any loan from Karur Vysya Bank, still a loan of rs 8000 from them is showing up in my credit score. How is this possible ? Please take action.

I have not taken any consumer loan from karur vysya bank, still it shows of 249 due in my cibil report. Pls do the neeful for me to remove from my cibil report
