Hi. I was trying to place an online order on 16-9-19 for which the amount was deducted twice. The first time it was deducted but the bill had not generated. It was generated the second time after another transaction was made. When spoken to the concerned app about the transactions they informed they received only the second payment and not the first one. The first was supposed to be recredited into my account which has not been done yet. Please credit the amount. I have attached both the transactions done on that day for your reference.
