Karur Vysya Bank — cdm transaction related

Hello sir
On 8-1-19 at around 5:20 pm i have deposited ₹2500 in my account through cdm, the cash got accepted and i received the transaction slip saying that there is an error in processing the transaction, for which i contacted the bank on next day and filled the required form in the bank, the executive said that the money will be credited to my account within one or two days, but i have not yet received any money in the account
Kindly resolve the issue

Sir by using my kvb atm debit card I had made a transaction for booking a train ticket which was failed on 27-dec-2018 .but the money was deducted from my saving account. So Please refund my money in my account

Iam kothapalli Naga subrahmanyam my account number[protected] IFSC CODE :KVBL0001470 branch :Kadiyam .Iam using kvb account to transactions 23/01/2019 time 11:05 i pay a amount of 18999Rs transaction is failed but amount is debited Rs 11016 and not credited into befincary account and also not credited into my account .
