Karur Vysya Bank — Delay in opening sb account

Sir,
Myself (Abhirami.R) initially approached KVB Bank for mortgage loan of Rs.10 lakh against property located at Peravoorani branch.My request date is 27 June Application reference no App-[protected], but I have sent them property documents and other listed documents for loan prior to that.Totatlly opened applications App -[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] for processing Rs.10 lakh loan.
My loan was processed and I got mail from them with Terms and conditions accepted on 28 July 2022 for in principle digital loan sanction of Rs.857710 and Si captured details on 16 th August stating the account no [protected] .I already informed not to credit the loan proceeds to my salary account and to open a separate Sb account .But it was informed that mail will be mentioned to set it emi repayment to salary account only but you can transfer the emi amount to Sb account . Due to my work schedule I informed them I can't come again from Chennai to peravurani further for signing documents and please disburse credit at the earliest. They told to open sb sccoubt manually it will take a week so asked me to download dlite app and instantly account will be opened. I did on 16 august and My sb account no is [protected] but next day I got call for kyc verification. It was informed by Bm that account is not active and, to visit any branch on 22 august and to do biometric login, I went to dhandapani street mentioned them about Dlite account opening but they asked my for kyc proofs and photo, but what was told by bm peravurani is it is just few min work to do biometric login verification but Chennai branch told me they will courier all kyc to peravoorani branch for activation on 24 August. Later Bm informed there is error in opening sb account and asked me to further visit Dhandapani branch for biometric login .I again went and did biometric verification and informed him to check whether it is done on 26 August. He told it is over and credit will be given .but again they told me to visit peravurani branch for opening sb account. I went on sep 1 from Chennai for this but after obtaining fingerprint they told it will take 2 hours to get updated. But later they told they will do manually for activation .Though my request is for Rs 10 lakh I accepted for 8.57 lakh sanctioned amount and also processing charges 3 percent of loan amount plus gst . When i enquired with Bm, he told it is 3 percent for unsecured loan but in website of kvb it is mentioned only 1.50 percent He didn't answer me at all .inspite of all this I kept quiet and accepted for all charges since I can't wait for more and I was in urgent need of funds and so I signed all loan documents which I received via courier and sent them back on 20 August. Till today the issue is not resolved and informed them if there is any further delay I will switch to any other bank on 26 August but they assured me it will be done. I waited till 3 pm for loan but it is not done .I approached Hdfc bank and I have availed loan of Rs.10.50 lakh at Roi-10.25 % and processing fee of just Rs.4971 and no hidden charges . It was told Tat processing time is only 3 days but I waited for 2 months .Due to inordinate delay in processing and disbursement of loan I don't want to avail loan from Kvb . If any loan amount is credited and processing charges debited I will be forced to take legal action against this bank
.Also please don't credit loan after your sb account issue is solved since I have already availed today Loan from Hdfc Bank, Chennai.
I hope you are also aware of clause 8 of the banking ombudsman scheme under which one can raise complaint against delay in disbursement of loan .Kindly hand over my loan documents back to me.
