Karur Vysya Bank — Fraud loan running on my PAN card

I have never applied any loan in Karur Vysya Bank but still there are two loan running on my PAN number. These two loan account number GUR22E[protected] and GUR22E[protected].These two loans are running on SAGAR name person.

His contact details showing are below

I request you to please remove these two loan account number from my PAN account.
