Karur Vysya Bank — Fraud loan showing in my cibil

My name is Bonthu Diwakar Rao. Recently, I checked my CIBIL score from cibil.com and found some unknown Karur Vysya Consumer Loan WES20E[protected] linked to my PAN ARFPB1312G.

Please note that I have not taken any consumer loan from Karur Vysya bank. Karur Vysya bank never correspondence / emailed / called regarding any loan but in my CIBIL report it is showing that Rs 8000 amount is sanctioned in the month of 18TH Nov'2020 vide account number WES20E[protected] against my PAN no AFRPB1312G. It is therefore requested to delete the loan account from my PAN so that my CIBIL score may be updated.
