Karur Vysya Bank — Fraudulent loan

While checking my credit report I came across a loan for the bank of karur i do not have an account with them and loan amount showing is 8000.
I have never taken a loan due to this incorrect loan showing on my credit report has made my credit score gone down and I want to complain regarding the same, requesting you to please address the issue appreciate all the help thank you.
