Customer id 5234239 - sunitha balaji I have been requesting karur vysya bank, ashok nagar branch, chennai for interest certificate for last financial year april 2019 to march 2020 for my sb and fds held with them. Inspite of daily request for past 2 months i am not given the interest certificate and i am told daily data center is not working. I wanted to know if data center is not working will i not get my interest certificate, i need this very urgently since i need to complete my it filing. I really frustrated with the functioning of kvb and the lethargic attitude in taking any action on my request.
