Karur Vysya Bank — Highly disappointed with their service | |
I hold my fast tag account from karur vysya bank. Sometime back I was travelling from Bangalore to tamilnadu and had forgotten to top up my fast tag wallet balance, as soon as I passed the first toll my fasttag account was blocked and as soon as when I passed the second toll my fasting did not work and that's when I happened to know that my account has been blocked till then I was not aware that my account was blocked. I contacted customer care and I'm so sorry to tell you that their service was so pathetic, when I addressed them about my issue, they said my account is still in active and asked me to top up my wallet. Tell me one thing here if my account itself is blocked how would I be able to top up my wallet, when I told them the same they apologised me for the inconvenience caused from their end. However, who would compensate for the extra money that I spent. I passed through four tolls and I had to pay then twice the original money because of this fast tag issue. But the thing here is that they did not reimburse me the money which I asked them to refund even after sending them so many reminder mails. I'm requesting rbi to impose a fine on this bank.
