I was taken an phone on EMI from Amazon, Then i found there was a consumer loan record for that but after many months as well it is still showing. I have closed my EMI in OCT 2020 but the record in my CIBIL still shows i have Consumer Loan My CIBIL Control Number : 5, 136, 368, 464 Please Respond ASAP. When i called to CIBIL guys they are saying contact Bank for this, Bank side no response. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
