I am Atul Kuldhar from Ahilyanagar Maharashtra writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized loan sanctioned on my name without my prior consent or any notification.
Upon reviewing my recent financial statements, I discovered a loan sanctioned of Rs 800 on 22.10.2022 by Karur Vysya Bank Ltd account no. BAN22E[protected] and Rs 200 on 22.10.2022 by Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited account no. BAN22E[protected], for which I have not provided any consent or agreement. I don't apply any kind of such consumer loan. Despite my efforts to confirm this matter through your customer service, I am still unclear on how this loan was authorized without my knowledge.
It also seems in my CIBIL score report loan status as active.
