There is a fake loan that is being shown in my account which I haven't taken

I have reported this with Experian but they are not providing any solution to my issue and just reducing my score, but cibil sorted when i raised for them but experian is not doing it Was this information helpful? | 
If you have using Amazon Pay Later, then this loan is showing in your account. Because our bank is tied-up with Amazon and other fintech company. If you want to remove this loan amount from your CIBIL report, please raise issue at Amazon for closing Amazon Pay Later account.
