Karur Vysya Bank — rate of interest not reducing - [protected]

This is regarding the case of banks's behaviour. Where in spite of reduced interest over a year, the bank never reduced for me.
While asked from mr. Sudhakar (Bank officer) & mrs manisha (Bank manager), they asked to send a request mail for the same.
I sent the application letter via mail almost six months before to mr. Sudhakar. But there is no response however there are promises been done by both the bank officers.
There is clear directive from rbi to pass all benefits to home loan payer of interest reduction.
Now even if no one listen's then i have to go to consumer court only.

Pl advice where i can go against this bank.
