Karur Vysya Bank — Regarding refund issue

Hii.. Am MONISHA. I have ordered some footwears in instagram page... Due to some issue my order got cancelled.. I have contacted their customer support service about refunding, they told me that they have refunded my amount 1000 on pay u gateway.. My refund I'd is 4982121.It has been nearly a month I didn't receive my money
