I am writing to formally bring to your attention certain discrepancies identified in my recent CIBIL report accessed via cibil.com. To my knowledge, the report reflects two consumer loans that are completely unfamiliar to me:
• ₹8, 000 from Karur Vysya Bank Ltd (CONSUMER LOAN) VIS23E[protected]
• ₹2, 000 from CapFloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd (CONSUMER LOAN) VIS23E[protected]
I would like to clarify that I have not applied for or availed any such loans from either of these institutions. These entries appear to be erroneous and are adversely affecting my credit score and financial credibility.
I request you to kindly investigate the origin of these loan records, initiate the process to delink my PAN from these accounts, and ensure that my CIBIL record is corrected accordingly at the earliest. Please consider this communication as a formal dispute of the said loan accounts.
For your reference, I have attached a screenshot from my CIBIL report showing both consumer loan accounts currently marked as Active.
I would appreciate your prompt action in resolving this matter and request you to keep me informed of the progress and final resolution.
