[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar address getting rejected due to transliteration

Dear team,

I have applied for change of address for my aadhaar no[protected] online on 17.04.18 and attached original bank statement as address proof.

Urn no is 0000/00504/95893

However it has been rejected due to - transliteration error in the request field

Can you please confirm/ elaborate on this error reason as i am unable to understand the same.
