[Resolved] Karvy — aadhar update address correction

I have submitted aadhar address correction request in r/o. URN NO.0000/00520/81721 For Aadhar No.:[protected] & also submitted the Scan copy of Annexure containing change of address on Letterhead of Gazetted Officer with his stamp & official embossing still the request has been denied on ground of invalid document (which i have submitted after contacting customer care center twicely)

Please provide natural justice as i have submitted the request twice & both times it is rejected
