      Hello Sir

      I am Satya narayan Singh[protected]. I inform you that Mr.Bichitra nanda paramalik a dealer of Cuttack branch Karvy Stock Brocking ltd. Has chited me by miss using my money Rs.27000 in the period of July 2012 to August 2012 by selling my ONGC and NALCO Shares. I was started my trading from 12,Dec.,2009 under Mr.Jugajyoti Mohanty, The Karvy dealer of cuttack branch. After Mr.Mohanty leave the company Mr.Bichitra nanda paramalik take his place. Since 1.5 year , I have not done any trading (due to downfall of the market so I don’t want to lose my money and wait for raising the market). Since more than One and Half year my [protected] mobile number inactive by reliance company, So I can’t get Massages through Mobile phone. As I was not trading last 1.5 year I don’t get any trading summery through my Email. I only got Karvy Advertisements and product details. At the period of Mr. Mohanty, i got every information, booklets by post. But since 1.5 years I have not got any information as I am not trading. I believed that Karvy is a reputed company for which I was not check my share regularly. But due to lack of money. I want to sale my 88 number’s of ONGC share at the rate Rs.287 in 28.08.12(With lose). At that time Mr.Paramalik did not show me the exact amount.But they say, I can got nearly Rs.25000. I also agree with him due to need of money. But after 8 days he transfer Rs.15700 into my Bank Account. I ask Mr. Paramalik on 04.09.12,”I say, You have told me, my total withdraw amount is Rs.25000, but now it is Rs.15700. So where is my Rs.9300. He told me after checking the ledger he can tale about the money. He take 3 days for checking the ledger, but he has no reply. When I asked him on 07.09.12. He miss behave me rudly. So I went to met the branch manager Mr.Sourya Sunder Das to solve my problem. But Mr.Das did not hear me and without supporting me, he has take the side of Karvy dealer Mr.Paramalik. Mr.paramalik harassed me, the branch manager also harassed me, repeatedly I haressed since Two days. So I doubtful about my other share(i.e Nalco-40 and Suzlon-150) and checked. After checking I saw that my 40 number’s of Nalco share becomes 11 numbers without my knowledge. Therefore I finally decided to sale all the shares with lose and cutout the reletion from this fraud Company Karvy.

      N.B.-I am a Student and invest the above money from my pocket money and my Mother save this money for my future study in my name. I withdraw it and believe the Karvy Company and invest in your Company. Now I am in the stage of further study. I have completed graduation only. If possible please consider my case and return my money for which I can able for further study. Otherwise please Close my trading account and any other account or anything in your company permanently. FURTHER ANY BODY TRADING IN MY ACCOUNT NUMBER, I CANN’T RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

          I tired to trace it on line but there is no option available to track the speed post Tracking Web site.

            Our Compaint : First Premium of Rs.14,700/- paid in August 2011 for a five lakh cover under Family Floater Scheme. At time of second premium we started following up. representatives and agents of Karvy were difficult to locate. After persistent follow-up with all numbers available we were told that they no longer have a tie-up with United India Insurance Co., hence there would be further medical cover. We are shocked to hear this. How can a government owned insurance company such fly-by-night agents to sell policies and cheat the public. We are senior citizens and are very aggrieved to find that we have no medical insurance and have in effect lost our hare-earned 15 thousand savings.

            Our Medical Cards are attached for information. We would like the matter followed up with all - Karvy, United India Insurance Co. and the I-Care TPA

                I issued a cheque to karvy for amount rs. 415 as I wanted to close my ledger and transfer the same to Pune. I had issued it from an other bank account which was not registered with karvy. Later when they pointed out I issued an other cheque for the same amount from the bank linked to karvy.

                The issue is the amount which I issued in the beginning from an other bank account has not been refunded to me. Karvy daman says they had sent it through courier and the courier says he dropped it in the post box. But I haven't received the cheque.

                Later after many letters they agreed to pay but I still haven't received the cheque and don't respond to my emails

                Will karvy look into it?

                  I had booked a flat in Jul 2009 in Centrum Park, Indiabulls in Gurgaon. Karvy Realty had acted as brokers and had agreed to give me a discount of "3.5% on the total amount of Rs 2795800 (Inclusive of Basic sales price and Covered Car Parking Only) which would be received when the I pay 35% of the total cost applicable from the builder. The amount applicable would be disbursed after TDS deduction Only".

                  Now, I have already paid 90% amount and have been chasing Karvy Realty for my amount. However, they are not contactable and have not responded to any of mails. Their office phones are not picked up. The contacts on their website are untraceable.

                  Please help me in taking this up with higher authorities in Karvy Realty.

                    I applied for Power grid FPO for 130 shares of rs 11700.
                    But i was allocated only 65 shares. my rest money should be refunded back to my citi bank account. but money is not being refunded back to my account.
                    my Application ID: 11236041. I applied through sharekhan account.
                    I send them the mail and got the reply that address was not correct and that's why Cheque returned undelivered by postal authorities. I sent them the correct address still they haven't sent the Cheque on correct address.

                      For this IPO, I have given a cheque having of 142416/- of saraswat co-operative bank having cheque number 646058 .
                      Our depository participant is CDSL

                      I was allotted 6 shares for the above application which was being credited in my Demat account on 8/3/2012
                      ECS credit sent by Karvi for the refund amount is failed by my bank (saraswat co-operative bank [mulund R.R.T road branch])

                      So for the refund amount, While contacting karvi's toll free number on date 13/3/2012, they replied that they have made a cheque of balance amount 136224/- and have sent in a registered post having courier number 128066 on dated 12/3/2102 itself. They also told us to contact nearest post office for the Regd. post

                      on date 15/3/2012 and 16/03/2012,twice a day we had inquired for the cheque in post office but they replied that they have not received any courier for this number 128066.
                      on 18/3/2012, we again inquired on karvi's tollfree number and I got reply that the refund amount cheque is being send from Over Night courier Express on 16/3/2012 and we will get that courier in next 2-3 days.Their way of co-ordinating with me was very poor.

                      After 7 days from that we have not received the courier I again inquired for the refund cheque on 28/3/2012 and they replied that on 16/3/2012 they have send from over night courier having courier number [protected] and if I have not received courier then to inquire in nearest over night courier branch.

                      I also inquired in over night courier (andheri branch) giving my courier number, they again replied that they do not have any courier number like what I mentioned to them ([protected])


                      Till today's date, I have not received courier of my refund amount.
                      So as per SEBI rule, please send my cheque with the appropriate interest on the refund value as soon as possible

                        Previously I am working with karvy stock broking ltd and i have resigned from karvy and relieve on 30.01.2012 but till date they have not deactivated my ncfm certificates( NCFM-[protected]). Number of times i have request them to deactivate my ncfm certifacates but they do not deactivate my certificates and not release my ncfm certificates.

                              Hello, I Nilesh Patil have taken a mediclaim policy from Karvy Stock broking limited whose policy no is 154400/46/10/[protected] in the name of Shriram S Patil.My father was admitted to a hospital on 22.11.2010 (also informed the company during hospital admission)and i have claimed the money and sent the relevant documents. But now the company is not giving me the claim amount stating that the documents are insufficient. i have submitted all the documents which they have asked, and now finally they are saying that the company has closed this insurance policy and so we will not settle your claim. Kindlly help.

                                One of the pathetic customer support I have ever come across. I raised a request for password reset 1 month back but no updates. Customer care number and even the mail ID they have provided is waste as nobody responds. I am losing money every minute and these guys are not even bothered about it. The one trading company which you should avoid.

                                      I have taken up the Karvy group mediclaim policy provided by the National Insurance Company where the third party administraor is Family Health Plan Ltd(FHPL) and Karvy is the broker. This group mediclaim poicy can be taken up by all the customers of the Karvy.

                                      The current year policy details are
                                      Policy no: 154400/46/[protected]
                                      UHID No: NIC.[protected].
                                      Plan period: 13/01/2011 to 12/01/2012


                                      My Wife was admitted for the maternity hospitalization on 15th AUgust, 2011.
                                      Details:
                                      Name: Vrushali Hrishikesh Dabhade
                                      Date of Admission: 15/08/2011
                                      Date of Discharge: 20/08/2011
                                      Hospital name: Kamat Hospital
                                      Claim Amount approx Rs 40,000/-

                                      After I submitted all the required papers, I was told by the FHPL customer care executive that the claim has been rejected as there is waiting period of nine month for claiming the maternity expense benefit under the policy. The policy document provided to me by the Karvy (Mr Promod an employee of Karvy who has left Karvy now) and also present on the website does not mention any such clause/condition of waiting period of nine month nor I was inform of any such clause. More over this is my second year of the policy, in that terms as well I have satisfied the said clause of nine months waiting period. My last year policy details are

                                      Last year Policy No: 154400/46/09/[protected]
                                      UHID No: FHKN.[protected]
                                      Plan period:30/11/2009 to 29/11/1010

                                      I am told, only after the claim was rejected, that my policy was not renewed but I was issued a new policy being there a gap between the current and last year policy . I had tried to get the policy renewed much before expiry and had word with Mr Pramod (cell:[protected]) from Karvy (he has left Karvy now and he is the person who sent me those policy document that supressed the 9 month clause, this 9 month waiting clause is also not mentioned on fhpl site which is another source of policy terms and conditions for the subscriber), and he was to send a office boy/delivery boy to get the document collected which never happened. Finally I sent the document (with policy renewal form and not the new policy form- I was assured it will be renewed policy and not the new policy) by courier and it reached the Karvy by 14/12/2010. Even after this the new policy was issued to me starting 13/01/2011 and the mediclaim card reached to me only in the 2nd week of February.
                                      I have been talking/writing mails with Many people like Susan Orwin, Karvy employee-Hyderabad office(+[protected], cell no: +91 [protected], susan.[protected]@karvy.com), FHPL([protected]) - Saikat Karmakar, Sanjith , Kolkatta office[protected], goutam.[protected]@nic.co.in[protected], [protected]@fhpl.net. FHPL as a Third party settlement administrator has rejected the claim on the ground of clause in the policy which was never shared with me by Karvy.
                                      I believe Karvy had purposefully removed such clause from the document that they had used to sell the policy.
                                      Susan who is looking after this business after Pramod from Karvy is aware of the complete cases since long time and it’s the complete fraud case on part of Karvy official where I had not been given the complete information on the policy terms and condition. The document provided to me did not mentioned of the waiting period of 9 months for the maternity benefit claim which is complete slippage on part of Karvy which she is aware of. And as per my discussion with Susan she had acknowledge this fact and Karvy as an organization is fearful for being on the wrong side for this loss of claim due to rejection.
                                      Now Susan is refusing to take the responsibility as the person who has done the damage is no more with the Karvy, So Karvy as an organization should take the responsibility for the mis deed of its ex-employee and make good for the claim amount of Rs. 40,000/-.

                                      Goutam Ghosh from NIC has now commited to take a look in this case as he is aware of the fact that there is something wrong from the NIC/FHPL/karvy & he had commited to take a decision by Monday,14th November 2011.
                                      Also it is causing me lot of pains, mental stress and efforts (even after paying the Policy premium of Rs 16,000+ approx) to follow up on the case with hundreds of phone calls, writing at least 10-15 mails and repeated explanation of the case to different people. I solicit the compensatation for the same along with the medical expense claim amount.

                                      Also I have not been issued the original receipt issue by NIC untill date for the full premium paid, I doubt Karvy has paid full amount to the NIC as a premium that was taken from its customers.

                                        My father had purchased UTI Children Growth Fund Scheme Unit in 1986 (Now converted in ARS Bond) at a age of one year for my higher education in my name.

                                        I had vigorously following ups withy Karvy Computershare Privated Limited (Registrar & Transfer Agent for UTI Mutual Fund) for
                                        last 8/9 months. I had already submitted all required documents as required by said party.

                                        But sorry to say that till date my money has not been released against said ARS Bond ( No.42818054 Investor ID No.[protected].

                                        In stead of this Registrar & Transfer Agent M/s. Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd, making me fool as as well my father.

                                        You are, thereforequested to kindly let us advise what action to be taken against this culprit.
