Karvy — client profile modification

I had sent a client profile modification form along with requisite documents for updating the bank account details, email id, mobile no etc. To karvy stock broking delhi office on 26.11.2019 in respect of dpid in300394, client id 12670694. The form and documents were sent by speed post no ed[protected]in on 26/11/2019 and delivered on 27/11/2019. It is almost 15 days now and i have not received any communication on the updatation status till date. Please look into the matter cause immediate action.
