Despite of various requests and even after submission of account closure application a number of times in your branch office ludhiana, my demat and trading account is still to be closed. Its really shameful how lenient and unprofessional your department services are towards your customers. Even i contacted a number of people in the ludhiana branch for the same but did not get any response from their end. You are again requested to close the above said account as the hard copy of the closure application has already been sent to your office.
