[Resolved]  Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd — redemption of idbi flexibonds folio - dd00930548, holder prabhakar dholam

This idbi bonds were taken by my father. After his death i have submitted all the required documents as asked by idbi office mumbai in march 2017. After few months i received letter from karvy office hyderabad stating documents are insufficient asking for the same documents i had already submitted to the mumbai office. However i resent the documents to avoid delay and had also confirmed the receipt of the documents from the karvy hyderabad office in january 2018. However the redemption is still not done. Now neither the tollfree number nor the karvy hyderabad office have responded to my query. I would appreciate if karvy office hyderabad resolves my complaint at the earliest.
