[Resolved] Karvy Consultants — not responding or giving proper information

Dear sir/s, i had sent across a cheque of shree cement for re-validation to karvy consultants, hyderabad through courier on 20.6.17. It has been delivered on 22.6.17.

This cheque belonged to my mom, and it was misplaced. On presenting to the bank it was returned, due to crossing date validity.

Karvy is neither giving me any proper response or returning the cheque. It makes a difference to my mom who is a senior citizen. Amt is rs 10.000/- at least they should return the instrument back to me. I will follow it up with shree cements.

We would like to inform you that, we have received the documents but it has been rejected due to non updation of bank mandate details . It is mandatory to update the bank mandate details, hence kindly forward a request letter duly signed by the share holder as per the specimen recorded with us along with id proof and cancel cheque leaf to enable us to do the needful.

I received the returned cheque from Karvy. But did you send me the bank mandate form along with it? When you need details, should you not send me the form as well. Do you need this to be told?
