[Resolved] Karvy — delay in aadhar update (address details)

Dear sir,

I have made change in address details of aadhar card of my father and mother on 10.07.2017 but till date the status is showing as pending for verification. Documents submitted as per the prescribed list but don't know why is it taking so much time. Should we visit karvy office personally please adivse.
