Karvy — Experience letter and relieving not received

I have worked in Karvy for 2 months 13 days from 23rd oct 2018 to Jan 5th, 2019.

On that time I told i will resign from Karvy but they didn't responded.

And finally they said we will send you releaving letter and experience letter with in one month.

But they didn't send any experience or releaving letter.

On that time I have tried multiple times to reach karvy hr but no use.

But now it's facing issue for while joining new company.

Kindly help me on this situation.

Please provide the experience and releaving letter.
