[Resolved] Karvy — Extremely poor Service at Karvy | |||||
Friends around two weeks ago I was suffering from poor service from Karvy.but may be after raising my concern on this and other consumer complain forums these people took quick action and dematerialised my ultratech stocks in no time. But friends now I am again forced to belive that what they did last time was only a kind of show off and not a regular practice. Had it not been the case my 2nd dematerialisation request for LnT shares would not have delayed. Pls check the tracking details at dtdc courier with tracking no M45441560.the parcel containing docs was delivered on 3rd Feb.but even today, the 9th day the parcel receival details are not updated in their system! Just to update an inward entry in to the system these poor hopeless guys need 10+ days time!!! Dont know what to say more!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
