We have verified our records and it is noted that shareholder PADMAVATHI SAMPATH IYENGAR share certificate bearing no. 77674 for 10 shares under folio no. JSP0118547 was submitted for transfer in favour of PADMAVATHI SAMPATH IYENGAR jointly with KRISHNASWAMY SAMPATH IYENGAR. Accordingly, we have transferred these shares vide new folio no. JSP0118547 and dispatched to their below address by registered post on 17/12/2013.
