Karvy — karvy not transferring amount to my bank account (payout)

My client i'd is a45000598 and i have 52k in my karvy account. From last 2 months i am trying to transfer amount to my bank account, all payout requests failed. Not even a penny got credited to my account. Customer support not even attending call.

I have opted for payout request more then 20 times almost every day but all failed.
