[Resolved] Karvy — kyc | |||
Dear sir Resently i have visited your office at haldwani dist nainital pin 263139, i asked for the kyc of my id to which one of the representative said that i have purchase a fund then only the kyc can be done. I filled up all the forms of kyc and my purchase of franklin tax saver fund and submitted the same. But then your representative called me up at my number that the same can not be done as i have filled the form for purchase of fund in direct growth, rather if i would have purchased the same in indirect form the same can be done. There are many other brokers that will do the kyc but i just wanted to know that is the reason correct that if a person does not buy a filing then ur company won’t be doing kyc. I got Aadhar address update request rejected many times due to Transliteration error. Not sure what is incorrect.
