Karvy — kyc not completed even after 2 months of document submission

Kyc not completed even after 2 months of document submission.

Several complaints raised and contacted most of the karvy service team but nobody helping properly.

Pan number is alzpg3623p.

Investor has done the KYC thru OTP and due to below reasons it is showing in under process

1) Proof of identity not available
2) IPV details not available
3) KYC image incomplete

We need the below details for further clarifications.

details from the investor

1) Did investor submit the KYC documents in any of the Karvy branch if yes please share the branch name
2) If investor has done thru online, intimate the investor to visit the nearest Karvy branch with all the documents.

Hi,

I already submitted all the above documents to the DEMAT Karvy account and only then got the DEMAT account.
The demat account is A45099249.
When I have the demat account How can you plainly reject i've not submitted the documents?

If i have not submitted the documents i wouldnt have received the demat account.
If i call demat account they say Mutual fund team has to do KYC. If i call Mutual fund team they blame it on demat account team. Finally customers are the one suffering.

If you really are willing to solve it please follow up in mail and i'll provide whatever document you need. Only if you are will to resolve but so far havent seen any intention to resolve but just blaming around within Karvy.

Can you give a timeline when you;ll finish the KYC?
My demat account A45099249 is also with Karvy and Karvy is supposed to finish the KYC.
