[Resolved] Karvy — Kyc updation | |||
I have sumbitted kyc updation documents in karvy branch office in thanjavur before 3 months. After 15 days i contacted karvy branch office for kyc updation. Again they asked to submit a kyc fresh for fatca application. I did the same. After one month i contacted the branch office and he replied i sent the documents to head office and they will updated soon. This process goes on for 15 days. One fine morning i argued with the branch office and again he replied to submit a fresh kyc documents. So i again submitted the documents. After one week i contacted the branch and he replied i sent the documents & updated soon. So i contacted karvy customer care via mail. They also replied you please contact branch office and inform to upload the documents. The communication to be done between karvy offices. But the karvy customer care replied me you pl go and contact the branch office to upload the details. I frustrated and conveyed tha same. Then i contacted the branch office he replied as usual. Still my kyc status is still under process for the past 15 days. So i requested all not to transact with karvy for any transactions Was this information helpful? | |||
