[Resolved] Karvy — loan foreclosure delayed from more than 1 and half month | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, This is with regards to issue raised a month half back and it's not yet been resolved. I have initiated Loan Foreclosure application to Karvy finance services on 19-September-2017 . We have been contacting the helpline for the same and response what we have received is always been unsatisfying . We understand that the company is going through internal transformation, as we got to know sbfc acquired karvy from your customer care representative. But, this is such a chaotic thing in which as a customer we are not getting good service. Even i tried to reach out to [protected]@sbfc.com (which is given by karvy employee of patiala branch ) to contact incise we are facing issues with the process (attached image 2 ). Unfortunately, this email is not up-to-date and gives "Address not found". I would appreciate it you can process this application as soon as possible. We want to pay full loan amount .And let us understand what are the challenges you are facing to process this application. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is regarding loan foreclosure.
It's been 2 months now, unfortunately I have got no answer from Karvy office or sbfc .
Worst customer service. Waste of customer time and poor support .
I am very disappointed !
