[Resolved]  Karvy — lot of mistakes done in full & final settlement amounts wrongly calculated and refusing to pay the due amounts

While settlements concern department people done wrong calculations.

1. I have served full notice period in my company but they have deducted 4.5 days salary.

2.For my 32 leaves encashment they have calculated on my basic salary instead of gross salary.

3.Another 2.5 leaves has been deducted for not utilizing my 5 mandatory leaves. In my training my HR team said we need to utilize them from 2018 onwards, So I can't utilize that leaves.

4.Another half day salary is deducted for early going at 4 PM but I have gone after 6:30 PM on that day at my logout time, And also Biometric in our company will not work properly as most of the employees know this.

If required I will submit all the proofs for this mistakes happened by my company, So Iam requesting kindly do the needful.
