[Resolved] Karvy — Misbehavior and overcharging to customer | |||
Respected Sir/Madam Few Days ago I complain that Karvy Staff appointed in Mughalsarai Branch is engage in Overcharging on PAN application. For this she not accept direct form from applicant. She accept those form by shop owners or some office staff like peon and other persons and for this she charge Rs. 120/.- to 130/- per form. So please I request you to verify this and punish her. Because this is totally illegal. Because of this many people are disappointing from Karvy. After my complain they ignoring more to customers. They not accepting PAN form from customers more than 2 forms or total 300 per day. but actually they accept only 100 to 150 form. After this their overcharging is continued as it was. Please Sir/Madam do something to stop Overcharging, otherwise your reputation will damaged. All the staff of Karvy Mughalsarai Branch & Some outsiders are engaged in this illegal Overcharging. Please do something. Because of this old and poor persons are fainted. Was this information helpful? | |||
