Karvy — misuse/block of demat account

My demat account was booked, if i sold any shares it displays no holdings in my account, another is i found a difference of shares in my demat account comparing to my portfolio. For this issues i called and mailed to karvy but no response i got. Karvy provide very bad services to its clients, lot of client suffered with karvy. Kindly request to take strick & big action against karvy. Thanking you.

Updated by SK Ahmed There is no solution i got from Karvy, my issue was not solved till to take, Sir, kindly request to take action against Karvy as early as possible.
