Karvy — payment for sale of stocks not received

Customer no. 1761241 had done trading of 3400 nos. Of iocl shares at rs 131.60/- per share on 26.11.2019. I would like to bring to your notice that i still have not got the payment for the sold shares. Every time i call, karvy agent at guwahati gives some excuse or another with date extension that the payment will be made within one week or 10 days and so forth. It has been almost two months now and i have still received neither the payment nor any confirmation/communication regarding payment.

Please look into the aforesaid complaint and arrange for release of the payment as i am in urgent need of the amount because of which i have sold the shares in the first place.
