Karvy — payout not credited in bank account

I have initiated the payout on 18/11/2019 of rs 5517/-. The amount is yet not credited in my bank account.

I have been calling the customer care number since morning but no response, the call to the customer care executives is not even directed to them. I have been trying since the time i came to know about the issue, which has come up in karvy.

I need to know when will the amount get transfered.
