Karvy — payout not credited in bank account urgent

I have initiated the payout on 26/11/2019 but later on it was cancelled by karvy. Now again i have initiated payout of rs 82605/-. On 27/11/2019. The amount is yet not credited in my bank account. I have been calling the customer care number since morning but no response, the call to the customer care executives is not even directed to them. I need to know when will the amount get transfered. Karvy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 28, 2019 Updated by Rksingrauli Today also not receipt the payout in account.urgent requirements of funds Nov 29, 2019 Updated by Rksingrauli Previously payout was showing in the karvy app on 27 & 28 Nov .now on 29 again they have cancelled it.i have again applied for payout today on 29 Nov.some thing is wrong in karvy.its our money not karvy.hence they should return to immediately.
