Karvy — payout not transfer to bank account & shares in pool a/c not transfer to demat account

My cliend id is 16310469, please transfer my credit balance of rs. 4329.39 to bank account immediately and transfer shares in pool account to demat account immediately. Total five scripts are showing in pool account. I am not having any overdue amount for payment to you then why my shares are lying in pool account, please explain. I am customer of Karvy for 30 years. Karvy had delayed in paying the due amount after selling shares in our demat accounts held with them. It is more than 1week that the payout request was made.
