[Resolved] Karvy — share transfer folio no 386724

I had purchased shares of grasim from my sister for a consideration. My father expired in 2010 who was a 2 nd holder. The company has returned the shares stating that there is a request from seller for loss of share certificate and issue of fresh share certificate.
On inquiring from my sister she was blank as she had never sent a letter and a request for loss of certificate. This is actually strange how can karvy respond to such letters. Please send a copy of the letter sent to u as u c laim so that it can be given to person concerned
