Karvy — stock broker

At 65 when i entered the office, i was told that they will assist me with stock options.
Whenever i opted for long term i was engaged in long conversations and lead to buy stocks that were for short selling with no profits.
On interventions, the manager showed rs 1000 as profit on same day and made me sit quietly while other clients were watching
Decided to close the account and requested the same.
In the end they executed sell and charged brokerage but the demat account is still active.

I do charity and have felt happy for helping needy.
With karvy they could have asked money i would have given them instead they chose to put me in trouble and take the funds from me by misguidance,
