Respected sir, I have a Demat account in your broking firm in year 2009.I request and deposit all document to close my Demat account. I assure from your office that your Demat account will be closed. Recently I got the information from the SEBI that my Demat account is not closed. I forgot my Demat accont no. I am giving my PAN NO. From this please close my Demat account and inform me.
