Karvy Stock Broking — complaint against karvy stock broking

THIS IS MY COMPLAINT TO NSEI & THEIR COMPLAINT NO IS THIS "Your complaint against KARVY STOCK BROKING LTD. vide Complaint No. [protected]"

BUT THESE NSDL PEOPLE HAS ALSO NOT TAKEN ACTION AGAINST KARVY STOCK BROKING LTD.

DEAR SIR,
MY HUSBAND HAS PASSED AWAY ON 20/07/2012, since that time i am regularly asking for the updation of my name in huf account as karta, these peoples are fooling me asking me for court decree at that time my holding value is around 9 lacs, although i came to knowledge after 3 months of my husbands death that there is no need of court decree if value is below 10 lacs, now it is around 14 lacs, as markets come high the value of holding is automatically increased, although i have requested these peoples for the change of huf karta when holding is at around 9 lacs, , my arguement is this, at that time why they have demanded us court decree, when there is no need of it, they are fraud. i am also attaching you the copy of their letter.

why that time they have asked for huf court decree, when there is no requirement at that time .


very unfortunately i have to convey that if you will not help us then i must have to go for media for this news ..as fraud done by karvy stock broking ltd . to us..


i am concerned with this mail, karvy people are not replying to me .

they are asking unneccessarily court decree for changing of huf karta after death of my husband, we have all legal proofs as well as huf deed to satisfy their legal need but then too these peoples are arguing to produce court decree, what do they mean by this, this rediculous

And on what basis you are asking with me these documents I don't understand the use of court decree,

Do you mean with this our huf deed or what?

...kindly also state the rules and regulations page as well as legal rules in such a case in which the name of.huf karta has to changed after death of preceeding karta..
