[Resolved] Karvy Stock Broking Limited — Change of address not implemented in spite of repeated application | |||
I had applied for change of residence and bank mandate change in my trading account and dmat account. Change was implemented only in trading account and bank mandate. I've submitted the application twice again for change of address in dmat as I've moved out of that city. Last time I personally submitted all the required documents to the JM Road Pune branch. They weren't responding to my query of status of change. Now they are asking me to fill up the form again. I've sent mails to karvy complaints and [protected]@ karvy.com. They don't seem to bother. They respond only if there is a trade. Kindly help as all my communications are going to the city that I don't live in. Was this information helpful? | |||
