[Resolved] Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. — not executing payout request

I had sold some shares held in my Trading account no. 2110830 held with them on 03.10.2019 and have been making pay out requests alsmost daily, but to no avail. The local unit at Bhubaneswar is also not helping out. I have tried to contract their HO, but no body is picking up the phone.

Of course, somebody had called from their Hyderavad office last Thursday and assured me that pay out would be effected on Monday last. But that turned out to be false promise.

I am thinking of taking legal steps if the matter is not sloved in a reasonable time.
