Karvy Stock Broking Ltd — not transferring shares in my dp account

Karvy stock broking ltd, hyderabad is not transfering shares purchased by me in my nsdl or cdsl account.
They kept stocks in poll account & sold without any confirmation. Not even transferring my cash balance in bank account.
what to do not able to understand.pls help me out in the above matter.
Totally i have four accounts with Karvy & operating since 2 or 3 years.
