[Resolved] Karvy — transfer of shares - reliance industries - no response from karvy

Sir, we had complaint against karvy on 8th november with the above sited subject and with your intervention, we had received a message from karvy asking for the courier details, which we shared with them the same day and ever since, we have been regularly following up with them and there is no response from them. Further, if we call on their numbers, they do not answer. Such insensitive company allowed to be as underwriters of heavy investments of the innocent people should not be allowed to operate. They are only interested in taking money from the people but are absolutely non responsive when it comes to services. Kindly help us in guiding, how do we resolve this issue.

Updated by Sumeet_s I have already shared these details with your office 2 weeks back and have got a confirmation of the receipt of the complete document set on 17th September 2018. It will be appreciable if you can let us know the status now and do not waste our time any further.

My Aadhar address update request is rejected which says "Data mismatch in document and update request". Am not sure how this is validated as it is purchase of new house.
